Hello,
Is it possible to create an Item record automatically for a specific Workspace when someone sends an email to a specific account? The use case here is that some of our users have Participant Licenses, and we want to create a Workspace to track Issues. Can we setup an email account that when a user sends an email, it creates an Item record in that Workspace?
Note: Users with full licenses can create the Item record directly in FLC.
