When choosing to 'save as' a file, the location will immediately be set to whichever project the last file was saved as. This can lead to errors when working across different projects, as files may get saved to the wrong project.
I believe it would be clearer and easier if the file would save to the same project from which it was opened, and this is the kind of behaviour you would expect from any other computer program you use (adobe, office, etc).
