Problem varifying emal

Every time I log into my hub, I get an orange bar at the top telling me to verify my email. I hit the button, and no email ever comes. Thoughts?

Another "me too".

 

I've verified I can send email to my Autocad address from a variety of other places, and it works fine.  Nothing in the spam/junk folder.  But I've yet to receive the verification email despite asking for it several times.

Hi JP and others. Thanks for sharing with us that it's not working. The team see's what the issue is and will be fixing it in an upcoming release.

I can't get the Resend Verification email to my account e-mail address. Could you tell me solutions?

I tried to click the <<Resend Verification email >> several times, then even I get a message of <<We just sent you a verification email. Click the link in email to verify your email.>>, still I can't receive the e-mail....

Hello Yahiro,

Swathi should be able to look at this next week when she is back in the office. Note that you can continue to use A360 with no issues. I also merged your post with another post that Swathi is working on already.
