I have an education license, I have changed my autodesk email, however, this email does not recieve fusion team invites, while my old one does. Any help is appreciated.

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Please note that it is never a good idea to share personal information such as an email address in an open forum such as this. I removed your email from the post.  Good luck!

Sorry, I wasn't thinking at the time and it was quite late, sorry for the typo in the title as well. Thanks for your efforts.

Yes, I would like if this can be resolved soon and with keeping my original email. If not I'm probably going to try and make another autodesk account with a seperate email, add it to my teams, then delete the original account.

Hi @NicholasBaxter12 , Your new email has not yet accepted the invite for that hub. Can you check with the hub admin?

Thanks,

Hello, my new email cannot accept the invite because it does not appear in my email. It will only appear in one of my email's if sent to the old one. I just had the invite resent to my new email and the invite does not appear. It is still treating the old email as if it is the current email and at the time as a seperate account.
