My friend and I wanted to start a project together but we couldn't figure out how to do so. It wasn't letting my friend click the "Open in desktop" button and now we are stuck
@superfriendlydino Can you please send me a direct message of your friend's email that was used to register Fusion? We can start with checking the backend if the account was first correctly created.
Even before that your friend can try to login to https://login.autodesk360.com/login and then back into Fusion and see if that fixes the issue.
