Issue accessing my projects

I am having issues today accessing anything that's saved in "My Project" folder. All my designs are there and it says I don't have permissions but I am the admin. Anyone else with this issue? Did anyone resolve it? How do I download everything there because there are hundreds of hours of work in there and I don't want to lose anything.

Hi @fio316a ,

Sorry to hear you’re running into this issue, I know how stressful it can be when important designs suddenly appear inaccessible.

Since you are the admin but still seeing a permissions error for the My Projects folder, here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Sign out and sign back in
    • Sometimes session issues can cause temporary permission problems.
    • Please sign out of Fusion 360 and Autodesk Account, then sign back in.
  2. Check if the hub loaded correctly
    • Open the Data Panel, click the drop-down at the top, and confirm you’re logged into the correct hub and project.
  3. Try accessing your projects from the web
  4. Clear Fusion 360 cache
    • Corrupted cache files can cause permission errors.
    • From Fusion → Help → Support & Diagnostics → Clear Cache.
    • Restart Fusion after clearing.

You won’t lose your data

Even if Fusion shows “no permissions,” your files remain stored in the cloud, nothing is deleted. Once permissions sync correctly, the designs should appear normally.
