Inventor IAM upload to Fusion Team

Its been awhile since using A360 (well now Fusion Team)..

I'm trying to upload an Inventor assembly to my team's site but either I get a few parts showing or nothing at all.  I just read that the model needs to be in a single folder structure, is that correct?  Did that and I still get a blank screen.  When I expand the scene, it tells me its not finding all these file.  I'm also uploading the top parent assembly.   What am I missing?  Thanks for any help you can provide.

It appears the issue is related to Firefox.  When I use Edge, Chrome, and IE the information is uploading properly.   Is there a reason why Firefox is not working?

Thanks Mark for the update. Can you tell us what version of Firefox you are using? Are you running the latest version?

Thanks for reporting this to us and for getting us more details.

Thanks Mark for the update and getting us the version of Firefox.   I have forwarded this to the team to see if we have a known issue here, or if it's a new issue.

As a side note, if you are running a 64bit Operating System. you might want to install the 64 bit version of Firefox, the viewing performance will be better.   I had done this for Chrome a while back, but missed doing it for Firefox.  It was an easy update, just go to the Firefox WEB Site and download the 64 bit version and install it.

Thanks again for getting us all the details and I'll let you know what I find out from the team.

Hi Mark,

When attempting to upload assembly in Firefox browser, can you drag and drop the folder containing your inventor assembly and its parts?

Because firefox does not support folder upload yet, the workaround you can use here is to simply drag and drop the folder. We then detect that the folder contents are an Inventor assembly and let you pick the parent file. The assembly uploaded like this will become viewable.

Thank you
