Custom Properties from January 2026 update not there

Hi, see picture below.  I am the admin of the hub, and I am missing 2 tabs: "Numbering" and "Customer Properties", as per the "what's new" for the January update.  There's a picture below as well.

How do I enable those missing tabs?

I wanted to check in and see if you still needed assistance, or if you found a solution to your question already? Ah!  that explains it.  However, shortly after posting this topic I received an email from Autodesk (coincidence?) that said that in a couple of weeks my hub would have been transferred to a new hub thingy (don't ask me, I couldn't care less about how they call their stuff) and after that move we would gain access to custom properties.  I'll see then if that works...  If not then I would take it as the sub is required.  TBC...

It looks like you already have a collaborative editing hub by this symbol

So it looks like you do need the Design or Manage extension for custom properties
