Can't Upload after Simulation

Hello,

I'm hosting the Fusion Hub for a student team at Polytechnique Montréal.
One of my team members is experiencing an issue where their file uploads get stuck.

I found a temporary workaround by deactivating and reactivating their access to the hub, but after two or three simulations, the problem reappears.

Has anyone encountered this before or knows what might be causing it — and how to fix it?
