Can't create any new project

Hello, after trying Fusion 360 back in 2016, when I was a student, I decided to come back to it for a personal project 10 years later. I have downloaded the software, but was faced with an error when trying to create new project: 

Can someone grant me the permission to create new projects? Creating new files in existing projects works though, but is not what I want to do.

• The single-user-storage was likely removed  due to the Fusion Content Storage Standard.
• Using your email used to register for Fusion ,please reach out to the team directly here - [email protected]
• Tell them your hub is inactive and to activate it again 
• (Please note there is a possible 72 hours potential time for the team to react to the email (bit longer if this is over a weekend)

Hope you are doing good! I wanted to follow up and see if you had a chance to review RajkumarIlanchelian 's suggestion. Were you able to contact the Fusion Content Storage team regarding reactivation of your inactive hub? Please let us know if you're still experiencing the issue.
