Can't create a project

I have been on a long hiatus -- my 3D printer died and it took a long time to get it fixed.  First thing I noticed when I fired up F360 is that I had a terrible time getting logged in - I eventually got that fixed and I could see my account and it looked OK, but Fusion said "term has expired".  That threw me for a while but eventually I blundered my way to the "Personal" license and all seemed well.  Except: it appears that I cannot create a  new project  When I try, it says "failed" and "Not Allowed PUT /communities/api/user/create for b78bcbadf28e.166dfd29807" flashes on the screen.  Am I doing something wrong?

Hi @Anonymous,

thanks for posting!

It can take a day for the credentials to update in the product. If a subscription or license has just been assigned to a user, it can also take some time for the credentials to update in the product. In some instances, the old subscription status may be stuck in the login information. Signing out and back in should clear the preexisting status.
