Can add person to Hub, but not project

Hello,

My colleague has invited me to their Fusion Hub and is trying to add me to a project within the hub. However, the initiation always fails for the project invite.

• I have accepted the invitation to Hub A.
• I can see Hub A in my Fusion online portal.
• I cannot see the project B in Hub A.
  • My colleague tries to invite me to project B, but the initiation always pops up as failed. They have already successfully added me to the hub.

How can I be added to a project B (folder-level permissions) when I am already in Hub A?

Hi @traskcrane ,

Thank you for reporting the issue. Can you please ask your colleague if it is possible to assign role following the below step

• Use raw search in Folder Level Project's (Project B)  Members and Permissions tab i.e. search only the starting part of user email instead of searching entire email
• Assign role.

Please let us know if that resolves the issue in the short term. 

If this does not work, please share your email id and hub id in a personal message for further analysis.
