Rename signal layers?

Is there a reason why I can't rename the signal layers.  I'm creating a 4 layer board and I want to name the signal layers 2 and 15 appropriately. Why can I change their names from Route2 and Route15?

I have a quick try and I can rename signal layer name successfully.

Would you mind trying again in the Display Layer panel?

Thank you, yes that works. I was expecting to be able to edit the names when setting up the board stackup.
