Hi,
my pcb maker/supplier reports (again) that the traces of my PCB have a width of zero.
I am using the standard DRC rules of fusion except for the mask and the copper distance to outline.
In mask I put max to 2 mils (was 4 mils) that i get a soldermask bridge between the pins of 0.5 mm pitch.
And i changed the distance of copper to 20 (i think default is 40).
I am using the latest Fusion
I use traces of 6 mil width
In Fusion everything looks fine
Depending on the gerber viewer i can also see on my computer that the traces "are very thin", also some pads are not visible, see above.
Using a different online viewer it looks ok.
I think last time when my supplier reported this issue i tried things with the mask setting (min 2/max 4, or other way round...) and suddenly it was ok (trace width was OK), but not really know whats going on/what the parameters do...
So what can be the problem here...?
Thank you
Torsten
Hi @jorge_garcia,
...it seems that my issue is the same issue like in this post (sorry did not see it before):
Traces are "very thin" => zero...i attached my gerber data... i am using the kicad gerber viewer....there you can see that the traces are very thin...
