Measure tool for PCB

I am looking for the measurement tool in my PCB design. If I go to the Fusion360 electronics 3D editor (Looks good but don't really use it) there is a tab called "Inspect" and in there there is a Measure tool. I can't find this tool when I switch to my PCB design? I can't find anything in the documentation/help file? Hope someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

In the PCB design, there is only the option to add dimensions. There is no actual measurement tool available. I would also appreciate having a tool for measuring distances between various lines or component packages.
