How to delete 3D PCB file from data panel

Had a 3D PCB that suddenly showed errors at mounting holes mad in 2D PCB with the Place Hole NPTH command.

Here is a screenshot of the errors. I unlinked it and pushed a new version that fixed the problem, but now I can't delete the old one from the Data Panel.

"A version of this design has been referenced by drawings, other designs, or manufacturing-related files and cannot be deleted."

I renamed it to "unlinked" to avoid confusion, but I would really like to get rid of it and uncluttered my Data Panel.
