Electronics libraries left in Single-User Storage

Up until recently I had only been using Single-User Storage and didn't have a Team. Nothing showed in the "Teams you are a member of" in the upper left corner of Fusion. Then later I wanted to use the new Configurations feature (which requires a Team), and created a Team and transitioned all my projects to that Team in the process. Now, when I create a schematic with my Team active and go to the Library Manager and filter to only show Fusion Team libraries, then my libraries are not visible. If I switch back to Single-User Storage, then my libraries are visible.

What's the best procedure to get my Team libraries that I had (or have) in Single-User Storage to my newly created Team?

I tried importing a library from the Fusion Project folder where I have stored it, but that created a locally stored library.

Edit:

If I go to the Fusion web portal, I apparently have two Teams. The one showed as Default is the one I created. Are my libraries stuck in the other one, somehow tied to the Single-User Storage?

I only have one Team visible in Fusion:

Edit again: Apparently the "myhub" Team is Single-User Storage. The initial question remains: What's the recommended or easiest way to get my electronics libraries that I originally created in Single-User Storage moved to my new "Mutli-User" Team? The Library "projects" are in the new Multi-User storage, but are not shown by the Library Manager.

Hi @Bjanders,

I hope you're doing well. Libraries in Fusion don't cross hubs so, your libs in Single User Storage aren't available to the Fusion Team hub.

I'm asking the developers what's the best way to move them. Single User Storage has been deprecated for some time now, so it's the best time to move everything over.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,

Hi @Bjanders
It sounds like you are seeing the libraries in your data panel, just not the library manager?  If so it's an easy fix.
ln the library manager, in the top right there is an import button with an option to "Import from Fusion Team".  There you can import the libraries into your manager.

In certain situations, the libraries are in your team but missing from the manager / place panel, and the solution when that happens is to use this button to import them.  Let me know if that solves the issue.

Thanks,
Chris

Thank you for your reply. I tried that, but it doesn't work, or then I'm missing something.

I go to "Import from Fusion Team", and select my library. In this example "Microcontrollers":

I then search for Microcontrollers, and there is nothing:

Even when deselecting "Fusion Team" as a filter, it's not there. I also tried importing with a few other libraries of mine, and I couldn't find any after this. In fact, there is nothing in my "Fusion Team" after trying to import several libraries:

What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps the libraries are still in your database with the wrong team.  I would try restarting Fusion, that may prompt the libraries to re-check their ownership.  If that doesn't work, deleting the database / cache surely will.
Step 1: try restarting Fusion
Step 2: try closing Fusion, deleting this file:

Mac: /Users/<UserName>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/Electron/<FusionUserID>/lbr/libraries.db

Windows: C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\Electron\<FusionUserID>\lbr\libraries.db

then restarting Fusion.

I restarted Fusion (and the computer), which did not help. I deleted libraries.db, which was recreated, but I still cannot see my libraries. The "missing" libraries exist in the mentioned lbr directory in adsk.eagle_library_xxxxx subdirectories.

Probably unrelated, but I got this notification:

And I clicked "Click here", which opened:

I clicked OK, and there was another notification which I wasn't able to get a screenshot of, and I don't remember what it said, but it was basically just an "Ok, done" message, IIRC.

Ok.  Then we should just remove the cache then and get them all to redownload.
Try deleting all of the libraries in the /lbr folder alongside the libraries.db file.
Since the issue is with the Fusion libraries you will also need to clear the Fusion cache, so delete everything in the folder /Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/<FusionUserID>

Then start Fusion, they will redownload and hopefully show up.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we have logged the issue.
