Details window in layer bar not hide

Hello Team,

Layer window details not hide .
Every time I open the layers display and select/unselect a layer, the "Details" expand, no matter if I have hidden it before.
Not only that, but there is also an huge about of spacing UNDER the details, making the actual list of layers pretty short.
Very annoying, as you need to scroll, scroll, scroll all the time.
Why can't the Details stay closed, until you need them.

above mention error seems in  15.6 Inches laptop , but on 24 inches monitor the all layer bar is seem properly and when I click on any layer the detail bar not open 

please go through it and solve as soon as possible

I hope you're doing well. I'm seeing the same behavior on my Windows machine. I get a feeling this is intentional.

Sorry I am not quit sure about the 'Drill legend'

Would you mind attaching any screenshots or videos to show it?
