Better layer dialog

Hi,

add shortcut for layer dialog(L key) and make beter dialog(not dropdown).

Group by layer type - eg., Copper layers into one group, silkscreen layer into another, keepout layer into third group.

It's easier to see all layers divided into gropus rather than scrolling through dropdown.

Hello @silvio3105,

I hope you're doing well. You can setup the shortcut already if you wish with Shortcuts dialog or using Fusion's built in shortcut system.

In the regards to groups, have you considered using layer sets? You could probably achieve something similar.

Part about shortcut is for another topic.

I mean on groups of layers just to have better UI. Something like Altuim, but better 🙂
For now I have to click on layer icon and scroll to find layer I want and then show/hide it.
