Going forward, Fusion will throw an error when trying to access content that resides in a different team from the one currently selected, to ensure better team-based content management. If your designs are using libraries from a different team, or if your libraries reference packages from a different team, you may be noticing issues.

If some Fusion libraries in your library manager are failing to open, e.g.
Error: Failed to download file.
An error occurred: Requested resource not found
These libraries are incorrectly showing in the wrong team, and the solution to fix this is to delete your database.

1. Close Fusion
2. Delete the database file
Windows:

C:\Users\{YourUername}\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\Electron\{YourUId}\lbr\libraries.db

Mac:
/Users/{YourUername}/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/Electron/{YourUId}/lbr/libraries.db
3. Restart Fusion

You should no longer see the libraries in the library manager unless you have the correct team selected. You can find the current selected team in the top left of the program, in the data panel.
If you need to move this library to another team, continue below.

Missing 3D Models After Pushing to 3D PCB:
If you are noticing that 3D models are now missing after pushing to 3D PCB, you design is either referencing libraries from another team, or the library is referencing packages from another team.
If you are not able to find the library in your data panel, then the library likely resides in a different team. The solution to this is to move the library into the current team, then swap the design to use the new library.

The easiest way to move a library along with all its packages is through Library.io.
1. Switch to team A where the library resides in and edit the library. If editing the library is failing, see above (you will need to delete the database).
2. Push the library to Library.io: in the “Manage” toolbar, find the button with the blue arrow pointing up and click it. If you are unable to push, use the “Unlink from Managed Library on Library.io” button, then try to push again. Be sure to select a managed folder that your other team members have access to. If you need to grant them access, you can do so on the Library.io website.
3. Switch back to team B with your design and open the library manager. Find the Library.io library you just created. If you can’t find it, click the library button in the top right of the table and select “Restore all Library.io libraries”. Wait for the library to appear.
4. Edit the Library.io library from the manager, this will open a new library. Save it to create a new library in the current Fusion Team.
5. In the schematic of your design, open the place panel, and select “In this Design” from the dropdown. Right-click on any component from the problematic library and select “Swap library in design”. Choose the new Fusion library you just created.
6. Push to 3D PCB again, the models should show.

If you can find your library in your data panel, and it opens correctly, but still some packages from this library are not showing up on the 3D board, then likely these packages reside in another team. If you attempt to open these packages you will see:
“Cannot access 3D package in Fusion Team…”

These packages will need to be removed and re-added into the library. This can either be done by recreating the packages manually, or by pushing any library that contains these packages to Library.io (see steps above) and re-importing them into your library. Verify that the package can be opened to confirm that it will show on 3D boards.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. If you run into any issues in this process, or problems not described here, please let us know. We will do everything we can to help you resolve them.
