Hello, today I encountered a problem when I tried to switch from my 2D pcb design to a 3D view.
After pressing the "view 3D PCB" button in my pcb layout design, Fusion switches over to a tab with a blank space (only the white background is showing instead of a 3D model of the pcb), and I get a warning in the corner, saying:
"The board sketch is rolled out, please roll forward it before update!" [sic]
What does this message mean? I don't understand what is meant by the sketch being "rolled out" or how I should "roll forward it". Is the wrong word order a mistake or some technical term I'm not familiar with?
Previously (yesterday), I could render a 3D view of the pcb in this way without any problems.
This is what my 2D pcb design looks like currently:
I thought that maybe I messed something up today in the 2D pcb design, so I tried rolling it back to yesterday's version of the pcb layout. Alas, the error persisted and I could not generate a 3D pcb from the older design either.
I tried rolling back to an even earlier version (~ 2 weeks ago, when I am certain the 3D rendering worked) and still I get the same warning and still the 3D view does not render.
I found another forum post with the same warning ( https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-electronics/my-3d-pcb-has-disappeared-quot-the-board-sketc... ) but as there wasn't a solution to my problem in there (nor was there any insight into the meaning of the warning) I decided to post this as well.
