See picture (Selection.Filter.PNG) below, the Selection Filter is part of the Inspector panel. In my Fusion360 I have it docked on the right side of the workspace. Maybe you clicked on the "fast forward >>" arrows on the Top-Right corner and made the entire Inspector panel collapse (see the 2nd picture - Inspector.Panel.Collapsed.PNG).

I can't see it. Used to right click on panel and select visibility on Eagle. I don't know how to do that on Fusion 360.
It seems so, unknowingly I seem to pressed CTRL + ALT + F and it makes the selection filter disappear. Probably I was trying to enter full screen mode not know which keys to press. Anyway there should be a toggle somewhere by mouse and if anyone knows please share how :).

As you mention ctrl+alt+F is the keyboard shortcut toggle. If you want to toggle this from the UI please use the "views" option:
