I can not find the source of this error message that keeps coming up. I have looked everywhere and can not find a library called SMD-CAPACITOR anywhere or anylibrary . Does anyone know how and where to find this error so I can get rid of it...its really annoying it keeps coming up literally every minute or so

This error usually happens when you are saving a document which is owned by others but the access permission was removed. Based on your description, this is not your case.

Can you share your Applog file to me?

The problem is because uploading a STEP file failed. You can search "ced78437-0065-4d34-a772-2157a3b01ae9.STEP" in your Fusion 360 installation folder (/Users/Work/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/) and check which library/part is using this STEP file.
