URGENT - Problems with 3d pcb

Hi,

Once more I'm reporting a problem, and this time I need urgency on solving **** by any way possible.

I'm designing a pcb, and as I'm advancing with the projects, I update my 3d. Suddenly, in my last simulation, I got an empty pcb, even the holes disappeared and I got the error:

I tried several times and I always get the same error.

I need to end my pcb, send it to the product designer in order to get the final approval to sen it to the pcb manufacturer. I need some help asap. If  I don't do this as scheduled, the costumer will impose us serious penalties. This is a very serious and urgent situation.

Hi @mario.brizida,

I hope you're doing well. The fact that you were able to push to 3D PCB means the 2D PCB is still intact so you have your manufacturing data safe. Now what type of simulation where you trying to do? If you leave the simulation workspace and return to the 3D modeling environment does the 3D PCB push normally.

Worst case you can always return to a previous version of the 3D model without issue.

Sorry, I didn't explain the situation clearly. 

The problem appears when I push from 2d to 3d.

When I do it, I get the errors iI sent on my lst message.

The problem is that I need urgently the 3d model of my pcb!

Hi  @mario.brizida,

The errors you sent indicate there is no target model to make hole at the hole position, if you expand the error node in the dialog, you will see message as below snapshot showing. Possible reason could be either the hole is placed offset from the board outline area, or the board outline is not closed and the board 3d model is not generated, please have a check on 2d PCB side for the holes position and the outline if it's closed. Hope it helps.

Hi once more Andre,

 I discovered that I can edit the holes that are not displayed:

If I click on the red part with right button and select "Edit feature" I get:

If I click ok, the holes appear correcly on pcb, but 

still red and I hace another error:

I can export my 3d model that right now is correct and solve my problem, but only by now. I need to do what I described and I can't save my work, because if I modify the pcb on 2dpcb and push it to 3d ALL the components disappear... Doesn't happen if I don't have any saved 3d associated to my project.

I think this is indeed a bug.

That's bad, sorry to hear you still run into problems, here is my email weihu.zhang@autodesk.com, if possible, please send both 2d and 3d PCB files, which will be very helpful to reproduce and investigation, thanks for your patience.
