suggestion: allow .edru and .dru files by default when selecting design rules files

suggestion: when loading a (/drc -> top dropdown -> Load -> Browse), look for .edru and .dru files by default. it's frustrating that every single time i want to load a .dru i need to change the menu dropdown...it clearly supports both so show both by default, you can still offer both as individual options if someone actually has so many of both and wants to limit between those two but i'm guessing that's the minority of users

This suggestion make so much sense.

Drop "Fusion Electronics Design Rules (*.edru)" and "Eagle Design Rules (*.dru)" for

"Design Rules (*.edru, *.dru)"

Should be an easy fix.
