Yep, the Design Manager is fine but it adds up time in actual process. As we are considering Fusion 360 Electronics as a professional software, we expect to have production ready features in it. Comparative to Egale, the F360E is having overall bulkier UI, slower performance, requires more clicks and movements to do similar task and in case of schematic lesser onscreen work area.
Even one have to accept above changes in the name of modernization, some basic features and key board shortcuts should have been present. Ctrl + F (search) one of it.
IMHO, Fusion 360 Electronics is Not a bad tool but could have been better, with its UI, Shortcuts and by avoiding unnecessary sub menus and commands. The UI designers should have considered the fact that Electronics design is different than that of other streams of engineering (I am designing things in Mech since last 2 decades, and Electronics for almost a decade now).
I can go ahead and run 1 to 1 features review, if autodesk find it helpful to improve their product.
