How to define a pad stack with different annular rings on each layer?

How can I define a through hole padstack with different annular rings on each level?  For example I want to shrink it or even eliminate it on the inner layers.

Hi @eric_engineer,

I hope you're doing well. Go into the Annular Ring settings in the DRC and adjust the inner min and max values to 0 that mill make sure you have no annular rings in the inner layers.
