PTH Slot Not Found In Geber Files

I'm finishing a pcb design which has 4 slots that are plated through slots (PTH). When I generate the 3D PCB these show up correctly in the CAD as plated through slots, but when I go to export the gerber files they are excluded from the drilling/milling layers.

I searched the forums/online, but most issues seem to be older when Fusion 360 did not offer an option for a PTH slot in the PTH GUI. The latest version does offer this, making it much easier, however, it seems there is an issue when converting this to gerber files because it's not showing up. Seems like it could be a bug or am I missing something?

Attached is a screen shot of:

1.  the PTH slot in the footprint I created using the PTH GUI
2. the generated 3D PCB showing a proper plated through slot

3. solder mask layer showing the location of the 4 slots (upper right corner)

4. drill layer (with PTH selected) yet no slots showing (should be in the upper right corner)

If you use the example_2_layer cam job file the slotted holes are there in the gerbers.

You can't see them for some reason in the cam processor of Fusion but if you upload your gebers and drill file to a online viewer (zipped) https://www.nextpcb.com/free-online-gerber-viewer.html you will see they are there.

Ah, thanks! Weird it doesn't show up in the cam processor, but I see them now in the exported Gerber files.
