Mismatch between footprint and board design of pins in USB-C through hole component

Hey All,

So I need to design a board with this USB-C 24P connector which has 12 TH and 12 SMT pins, the SMT pins are correctly shown but the through-hole pin sizes are not correct in board design file nor in the generated gerber.

I am not sure what I am missing. the dimensions for the TH Pins are 0.4mm drill with 0.65 diameter overall size. They clearly are not touching in the footprint but when used in design, they will short against each other.

Seems like I am hitting some sort of minimum size limit but 0.4 and 0.65 is pretty standard so don't know how to resolve this.

Could someone point me in the right direction on how to resolve this.

@melisa.kaner possible to take a look here or point me to a person that can assist here, our board design is completly halted due to this.

Nevermind, working at 2am is bound to get me into silly trouble.

I forgot the DRC angular ring settings. Which padded the TH pins. Its resolved.
