is it possible to change outer and inner layer diameter of via manually?

I need to decrease outer and inner layer diameter of via. is it possible?

Hello @TS02225217 ,

you can change the diameter in the DRC-Dialog:

These settings are for all vias (pads or micro-vias) that have "auto" in their properties for "diameter".

Mine is stuck at 25.59055 mil, and cant lower to 9.84252 mil.
I tried to change annular ring, i changed diameter to auto, nothing helps..

Hello @vitalmobil ,

The annular ring settings will win over anything you set manually. So it's important to adjust the annular ring settings to whatever your board house can actually do. Remember that the drill value will always stay to whatever you set it but the diameter value is always subject to the annular ring settings.
