Help with error message on smd-smd clearance no matter what tolerance

Hi all, i'm designing a circuit board with an atmega2560 chip which has 100 pins and no matter what clearance i put in the smd-smd section it will show clearance issues as well as can't run a net to these wires.

Any idea what may be causing this?

I have set the grid view to 0.15 ( same as clearance so you can see the pads are more than this apart ( approx 0.25mm)

But still get the error

Thanks,
Darcy

Hi @30104277,

Double check your netclasses, sometimes the default netclass get's overriden and ends up having a larger clearance than what is even in the DRC. The default netclass should be all 0's. If it's not then that is likely what's causing the errors here.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
