Ground Pour Bug

Hi, see image below. There is an issue with the software not picking up on overlaps when a polygon pour is used. Has anyone else experienced this, or anything I should change?

NB: The 48 approved are my solder jumpers and I can assure you there is no approved overlap for signal N-SDA and GND. This is the second board where I have encountered these issues, luckily I haven't sent this one to the fab house yet.

NB2: These errors always shows up a some sort of square overlap..

Hi @ezekiel.brooks89.

Would you be willing to share that small portion of the design for review? As far as you know how was the pad made? The way the polygon is connecting to it is odd. Is it an arbitrary pad shape?

If you are willing to share the file, let me know and I'll DM you with my email.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Don't have time to pull up this design again, but all I can say is that is a normal via pad, made in the library editor. Nothing special. There will be a lot of people sending off boards to the fab house, getting them made, soldering them up then finding out the boards do not work! Said person will be thinking THEY made a mistake on the board and spend hours fault finding, only to find out the software failed this basic and crucial check. This is what happened to me on TWO different boards months apart.... so the point of me posting it on here is to get the devs to look at this, do what they must to reproduce it and rectify it sharpish... I can guarantee its not just happening to me. I am a paying customer and I expect way better tbh. You just charged me £500 for another year, yet the SW, and decision making seem to be getting worse.

Hi @ezekiel.brooks89,

At this point you are the only one to report this and something this big I would expect to have a lot more reports. I understand you are busy, but the fastest way this can be resolved is with an example that can reproduce the issue. A video is not enough. There is something strange about the design of this pad and having the file would help.

Spending a little time now to get me a file will save you money and time down the road. One thing that occured to me, did you use a rectangle object in the creation of this pad?
