Hi all,

I received this email, is it spam or is it real? I sent an email to the Fusion team but of course no response 😞

Thanks by advance.

Hello @RitchieFromParis ,

Thank you reaching out. Can you please confirm if your hub was accessed in last 365 consecutive days as mentioned in FAQ article shared in the link?

Based on your answer, I can forward the data to respective team if further investigation is needed.

Hi Aparna,

It seems to me that yes, in any case it has not been 365 days since I consulted it, I do not understand, is there a policy of closing its Hub if we do not console at Autodesk?

If so, why?

Best and thanks by advance for your reply.

Hi @RitchieFromParis,

As the message explains, Autodesk wants to make sure that we don't store data forever if someone is no longer using Fusion so that policy was created for that. All you have to do to make sure data isn't lost is just log in to Fusion before March 30th. Because it's such a critical process I think they will be sending emails a few times before it actually happens like the email you received.

In short, whenever you receive an email like that just log in to Fusion and your data will be preserved.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,

The problem is under control and I understood where the problem came from, in fact it is an old account of one of my students, and this account has not been consulted for years.

Thank you for your help and sorry, it's my fault.
