Footprint for 3D model has wrong size

hello,

I have created a copy of con-lsta female headers and want to add a 3D model. But when I open the 3D part, the footprint does not match the 2D sizes: the pins have irregular distances of 2 and 3 mm instead of 2.54 mm. It looks like the fractional part of the measures got lost.

the problem is the dependency on the regional setting in windows, same problem as in

By changing my german region to US, I get the correct footprint:

but that should be a workaround only.

Hi @sn2010

I just wanted to reproduce the problem you described, but failed. I' working on a Mac with German environment. I took con-lsta.lbr from library.io and edited it in Fusion. I copied a footprint and wanted to create a 3D package for the copied footprint. It look all okay.
Could you give me the steps you did to see the error?

Thank you for your help and reporting this issue.

it sounds like your procedure is the same as I did. A difference is that my environment is Windows 10.

I had tried in Eagle an there it was ok. The similar problem was also with the CAM processor. Are your generated CAM files on your MAC also ok?
