Export Library + Package 3D

Hi,

When I Export a library from Fusion it doesn't seem to include the 3D package. When testing that on my own pc everythings seems to work fine but on another pc with a different user it turns out the 3D file is not included.
I guess this has to do with the 3D package being a reference as opposed to being part of the library.

Is there any way I can send another user my library including the 3D models? (Without involving teams, I want them to go to multiple clients.)

Thank you!

Hi @k.mahuvarkar ,

I hope you're well it continues to be a problem. Question to you, if you could publicly share the library would that be helpful? Share it to the whole world for example.

Hello Jorge thank you for your reply.

I was thinking that it would be really nice you know to be able to share the libraries (with the 3D packages included) as of now the export only gives out the footprint and symbol.

To answer your question regarding sharing the library with the world.

It would be great for general components such as connectors or passive components which all of the industry utilizes including the hobbyists out there. Take an example, If say I have made a library for JST XH series with proper symbols, perfectly matching footprints and 3D package. I could just share this library in the ".flbr" pack itself as a whole with the world maybe on this forum with a section for community uploads. This could save some time for people who want to use it and they don't have to go through all the steps that I went through.

Best Regards
