Is there a way to have this polygon pour smoothly touch the edge of this restrict zone on my connector footprint?

I hope you're doing well. So it's trying to follow the curve of that via but the polygon resolution isn't good enough to show it. On the finished PCB they will follow along but graphically it won't show correctly.
