I believe I have found a bug in the 3D package generator when generating chip LEDs, at least for very small components. See below:
This is the raw output of the Chip LED Generator, which is pretty clearly not what is intended. Obviously, I don't know the details of whatever is going on behind the scenes, but if I had to take a guess at what is going on, it looks like this funky shape is caused by two arithmetic errors in the package calculation:

First, I played around with the settings a bit, and the length of the top of the lens, highlighted in red, is exactly equal to L (0.11mm here), rather than to D-2L. Second, it appears that the intent was to include a draft angle on the lens (the front and back are calculated correctly), but that draft appears to be calculated from the edge of the termination, rather than the edge of the base of the lens.
I am not too worried about this issue - I can fix the package manually easily enough - but I did not see this problem reported on the forum when I searched for it, so I thought it would be best to call it in.
