Hi there,
I have a simple desire to rotate the finished P.C.B. in the "RENDER" "workspace" so that the reflection geometry on the bottom is at a nice π/3 with respect to the vertical axis (probably z).
The "ANIMATION" "workspace" lets you do this trivially and refers to it as "transform".
The lighting hacks in the "RENDER" "workspace" do not adequately light the underside component geometry and the renders are inadequate.
I do not want to export an stl/obj/e.t.c. file; because this will introduce a reduction of quality, increase workflow complexity substantially and is not a viable solution. You should be aware that such tasks are trivial in Altium Designer so I hope the same is true for this alternative software. I am also concerned that the renders are performed entirely on C.P.U. and this makes for extremely long render times even on powerful hardware.
