CAM Processor BOM Generation

If I export a BOM from the schematic, I can select which attributes appear in the BOM. However, I can't figure out how I select which columns appear when I export a BOM via the CAM Processor. Is this ability squirreled away somewhere or just not available?

I do like the idea of using one click to export everything I need as opposed to exporting the BOM in one place and the Gerbers, ODB++, Pick and Place, etc. elsewhere. When doing one click exporting from the CAM Processor, I'd also like to be able to create a STEP file and Netlist.

Feature request: when exporting a BOM from the schematic, allow me to edit the column label for the attribute. E.g. display BOM_DESC values but let me label the column "Description".

The CAM processor is currently still hooked into the old BOM.ulp, the new BOM dialog doesn't pipe into it. I'll make an enhancement request for this.

I actually have to make enhancement requests for all of this. Thank you for the ideas, I'll make sure they get to the developers.
