I'm going to be using Arduino PCB in addition to several switches, potentiometers, LEDS (basically as a USB HID module for use with simulators and games).
Does "Eagle/Fusion 360" support the integration of existing PCBs (the Arduino's) and their relative output/input connections?
And most important, does Fusion 360 validate the entire design (with the Arduino) to ensure all current/volt is within specification for the components used (resistors, caps, LEDs, switches, etc.)?
