Linked 3D PCB Shows wrong colors sometimes on Fusion 360.

I am working on a electronics project. Everything looks good, works fine until I link the 3D model of the PCB to another file to do mechanical fittings. Some of the component surfaces changes color and nothing has worked so far that I once did as a workaround. (Workarounds include recoloring the whole model, deleting and replacing...  ) Recoloring once worked but when I did another problematic component the other one I already did started showing wrong face colors again. This has happened before but I could overcome it with some workarounds as I mentioned. This time I am stuck and wanted to post it here.

This only happens when 3D model of electronics design is linked to another file. Components originally taken from library and linked solely does not do this.

Here are step by step screeshots what I mean.

(DUE TO CONFIDENTIALITY AGGREMENT NOT WHOLE PCB WILL BE SHOWN)

Electronics 3D PCB this is how it should look like.

This is how it looks when it is linked to another file. On the left you can see a original part from library linked solely.

Interestingly this is how it looks like on a360

Breaking link and creating a new 3D pcb has now fixed color problem. Noted here to let others know who encounter same problem.
