Always move mode free?

With no tool selected I drag a trace and it will move around. However I can't just click the end point of a line and move that freely, the whole segment will move with the end point. To do what I want I have to first select the move tool and click mode free and then I can move it freely. Coming from Eagle where I could just move stuff freely this is kind of annoying, since it takes a bunch of step for every line I want to move. Especially if I click into move, move stuff, click out of move, change a name, then move again. It's very cumbersome. Is there a way to have move mode free constantly activated?

Hi @zthee ,

I hope you're doing well. The drag move always involves a group that's why it drags the wire as a whole. The way you have achieved the end point move is the same procedure as it was in EAGLE. The move command has to be active first before you can just move the endpoint.

In Fusion you can jump into the move through a shortcut like M and that will speed things up for you.

Hello Jorge,

Shortcuts won't work, since I'm using Legacy command line focus mode. And the reason for that is because my keyboard is Swedish so I have no / key. Or I do, which is shift+7, but that does not give me command line focus. And I can't seem to change the shortcut for the command line?
