100% CPU Usage when selecting bottom layer and MOVE command

I have one board that i layout plus side in bottom layer, and now i copy that bottom layer, mirror it and need to move it down. When i select that group (it is selected in black color in image) and use command MOVE fusion freezes and cpu usage and ram usage is near 100% and nothing is happening.

 

How to fix this bug? Or how can i move selected bottom layer to bottom of the pcb board?

For a big move like this make sure to turn the move mode to "free" instead of "preserve angles" and turn the violator option to "ignore violators". That should speed up a move like this.
