We recently got the error "Not connected to the Internet" when our students were trying to run fusion 360. Our external support team have looked at everything that has been recommended using knowledgebase:
Re-installing application, looking at proxy setings, anti-virus settings, Fusion 360 update versions (the list goes on). We have had the problem for about 3 weeks but even our highly technical support team are scratching their heads. Finally, a young student started using the online version of Fusion 360 which seems to be working fine. My rather long-winded question is: In an educational environment (based in the UK) is there any drawbacks using the web/online version against the normal Lab install we have set up? I really need to know the limitations before I recommend all students ( a few hundred) change to this version whilst our Lab install does not work. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Tony
