Student verification error

Hi.

I’m trying to renew my educational license but it doesn’t seem to work. 
I keep gettona this message when I’m trying to confirm my renewal.

Could you please try the following.

1. Sign out of the Autodesk Education site.
2. Clear the browser's cache.
3. Clear the browser's cookies.
4. Sign back into the Autodesk Education site.
5. Click "Get Started" to begin the verification process.

Please let us know if this solves your issue.

Our Operations Team confirmed that your account was confirmed Dec. 1 and on this date you also acquired a Fusion 360 license. Can you please start Fusion 360 and confirm on the top-left corner of the screen that you now have a valid Autodesk Fusion 360 Education License as shown in the following image?
