rotation of a component

In the attached photo, I want to rotate the link shown. The rotation is as follows: I want to keep the right circle(rod) centered at the shown point and rotate the whole link around an axis passing by this point counter-clockwise so that the left circle is also centered on the shown point which is on the same line as the first one. The result is that if I draw a line between the two centers , this line will be parallel to the one shown and passing by these two points. please any help

Can you tell us what you've tried so far? I'd suggest that you will need a series of Joints and Tangent relationships.

Getting a chain to cycle through a multiple components may not be possible because of the different conditions that will be required.

Does anyone have a suggestion?
