Issues with multiview

My class is attempting to create multiview drawings. When they go to create them, the page will not load, it just stays on a white screen. It does this on about half the students computers and my teacher laptop. This function worked correctly on these same computers last year.

Hi @kyle.fulkZYH8J

On September 18th there was an update to Fusion. Depending upon how Fusion was installed, it's possible that Fusion has a pending update. Please ask your students to restart Fusion and try to create the drawing view again.

Please keep us posted.

I updated this morning. I ran a trial and ended up with the same results. Here is a screen shot of what I end up with after trying to create a drawing from design. Even if I select base view the cursor remains unchanged.

Hi @kyle.fulkZYH8J I've seen this happen before with an out of date graphics driver. Can you please go to the graphics card vendor's website and download the newest driver for your video card following their installation instructions? That should fix your issue.

You can verify this first by clicking the ‘?’ Icon in the top right corner of my F360 page, and navigate to ‘Graphics Diagnostic’. Once in there, near the bottom there’s a link to ‘Check for GPU driver update'
