I am having a nightmare to get 360 access . I done the download -I have gave the Education information . I did the downloads and still it has me on the trial . I have sign in so many times . Removed the software and reload the software and still no luck . I sent for help and they did not solve the answer and stop responding .  i am in IT person and if this was the way we worked in our department we would have a lot of problems . Not a good service to work with . Not user friendly for Education or from what i see not very helpful .  I think it's time to give up and look somewhere else

Hi Steve,

I believe this is the same topic in this thread. Let me know if my last response in that thread answers your question.

Thanks,

-Dan

Sorry it does not . I keep ending in the same place or page . You click get Licence and you follow the steps but it does not give you access . I have had no one send me the Licence in an email . I feel i keep going around and end back at the beginning and then you are asked to sign in again then you click on the licence and you get the page on how to down load the education and then that's it .... You start all over again and no Licence . Very confused

Hi Steve, When you log into autodesk.com/education do you see a date that your verification expires?
With Fusion 360, there is no license serial number. When you click Access you're granted access (valid login) to Fusion 360. You can check what software you have access to by logging in at: https://manage.autodesk.com/home/ and on the left column click All Products and Services.

Please let me know if this helps.
