Can’t log in to use fusion360

Every time it restarted to the start page after I entered my account and password. I tried reinstall it and restart my computer but it doesn’t work.

Can you give us more information.

1. Are you running a Windows or Mac?
2. Did this issue just  start / where you able to log into Fusion previously?
3. Can you attached an image of the error that you're seeing.

Please try the following. 

• Close Fusion
  • Remove the LoginState.xml file. Here are instructions on How to remove the LoginState.xml file for Fusion 360
•  If you're on a Windows computer, delete all files from locations below, and then run Fusion.
  • C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360
  • C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360

Hi @t_zong 

The Engineering team looked at your account, and you were not an active member of a Fusion Team. After you're invited into a Fusion Team, you'll receive an email and from the email you need to accept the invitation to join this Team. The Engineering team was able to do this for you. You should now be able to log into  need to Fusion Team mail106223.
