Beginner in Fusion 360, need help

I am very new and I created a spray paint can in Fusion 360 (which took forever to figure out).  I would like to make it into a maker holder with a lid that opens and closes.  I have watched many videos but can't seem to find the right type of hinge to make so it opens and closes.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I have added a photo of the can I created.Hinge to open and close lid

Thank you for the design and idea.  I see how it seems to be much simpler but it is not at clean as I would like it.  I am going to try and recreate it and see how it looks on the actual can.  I would really like to figure out how I can create the idea I have.  So I will continue to look at both options.  Once again thank you.

Hi @Louis0828 

What if you created a threaded pin, and threaded one side of the outside plate. Attached is a quick design idea for you. Hope this helps give you some more ideas.

@dan.banach, Sorry for the late response, I have been traveling the last few days.  This is an awesome option, I really like this idea.  I still need to clean up the hinges some more.  It looks like the rotating hinge runs into the back of the can.
